The Solution Shop journey began in 1990 when founder Justin Lees first started helping companies in Vancouver enter the age of technology. From provisioning hardware to setting up networks, Solution Shop quickly became leader in digital transformation.
In 2001, Solution Shop became an implementation partner for IPC and began supporting their customers in Vancouver, eventually becoming a mini branch office.
In 2009, Solution Shop expanded its operations to Toronto, providing additional resources to IPC’s service team–something we continue to do to this day.
In 2013, Solution Shop established a presence in Calgary, dedicated to supporting all IPC customers in the region.
In 2015, Solution Shop opened an office in New York City. Today, Solution Shop has grown to over 30 people and is servicing clients all over North America.
We are hyper-focused on the IT needs of financial organizations. It’s in our DNA. While it would be easy to provide services to other industries, we believe that would dilute our value for our core customers. We love finance, and that is the lane we choose to stay in.
